I have over 20 years of human resources, payroll and training experience, working with employees and managers on a one-to-one level, honing their communication, teamwork and leadership skills. I consult with my clients and use HR business practice assessments, and employee and supervisor training to help clients reach their human capital goals. I am an innovative and results driven partner!

Teaching is being an excellent special investigator. I have expert knowledge of the subject and know the responsibilities expected of my expertise. As an investigator, I work with my students to analyze the subject area, and conduct field and real-life surveillance. Ultimately, we together end the semester, knowing more than where we started in our investigation of Organizational Behavior!
